McKenzie Bay Completes Cornell Capital Partners, LP Financing

 

FARMINGTON HILLS, MICHIGAN – NOVEMBER 17, 2005       (MKBY.OB - News)

McKenzie Bay International, Ltd. on November 14, 2005 completed its second and final closing of the purchase by Cornell Capital Partners, LP of an aggregate of $5,000,000 in Secured Convertible Debentures. Further details and information relating to these transactions are included McKenzie Bay International, Ltd’s Current Reports on Form 8-K dated October 11, 2005 and October 21, 2005 as filed with the SEC. Approximately $2,000,000 of the proceeds were used to pay past indebtedness to Cornell Capital Partners, LP and the balance of the net proceeds will be applied to development of the WindStor® distributed generation wind energy system, installation of WindStor® systems, working capital and other corporate purposes.
